Information about visits:
– when you come to the SOLÉS Factory with your booking, you will need to show to factory staff the barcode that you will get by email with your order
– in order to do the check-in you will need to come to the SOLÉS factory 15 min before your booking time
– the museum-room visit includes a 7-language audio guide
– Children 10 years old or less have FREE access to SOLÉS museum-room
– Places limited to 60 people/hour (weekend: 35 people/h)
– A small tasting of SOLÉS products is included in the quick tasting ticket  price

*Cancellation policy: you must give at least 3 days’ notice of the date of the visit. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to charge 20% of the total amount as management expenses.
