SOLÉS Anchovy factory is located in L’Escala. It is the oldest salt-preservation-factory in L’Escala. Updated to the 21st century requirements but keeping the essence and tradition of SOLÉS family ancestors. There is also a small SOLÉS product shop, an outdoor terrace and a parking area.

Come and visit the 130th anniversary museum room with 7 language audio guides. Learn the SOLÉS family history and the production process in an interactive way. A small taste of SOLÉS products is included in the price of the visit.
